Mariah Peake is the Co-founder and President of Ebee Management Group. Mariah is an expert in operational efficiency and leverages her knowledge for her client’s project development as she oversees the entire commercial financing process.

Mariah has 7+ years of Owner-Operator experience that uniquely positions her to understand the risks and challenges inherent to owning and operating a business.

Mariah obtained a Bachelors in Marketing from Miami University and serves on a number of boards, advocating for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

​Josef is the Co-founder and Vice President of Ebee Management Group. A recognized industry expert in C-PACE financing and real-estate development, Josef implements unique financing strategies and capital structuring for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.

Josef has 7+ years of private equity experience where he focused on acquisitions in the Automotive OEM, Healthcare Manufacturing and Bio-fuel sectors.

Josef obtained a Bachelors in Finance from Miami University and has been selected as one of Ohio’s 20 Under 40 Business Leaders.

Dr. Teresa Smith manages the Strategic Growth & Development for Ebee Management Group. She has been recognized as an industry expert in sustainable development, and leverages C-PACE financing solutions for qualified energy efficiency projects throughout the country.

Teresa has 20+ years of corporate lending experience and was the Development Manager for the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, driving C-PACE loan transactions to $47 million per year.

Teresa obtained a Bachelors in Economics from Eastern Michigan University, MBA in Executive Management from the University of Toledo, and a Doctorate Degree in Business Management from Capella University.

Andrew Nagy serves as Senior Energy Auditor for Ebee Management Group. As the lead auditor, Andrew performs ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 industrial, commercial, government, and multifamily energy assessments from 3,000 - 300,000+ sf with total energy project sizes ranging from $50,000 - 20 million. Andrew also performs portfolio-level energy evaluation for property management companies, local governments, and school districts.

Andrew spent two years working for CLEAResult as an Energy Engineer, where he developed an acumen for verifying electric savings for the First Energy PA and PPL Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency Programs. His primary focus was on reviewing prescriptive and custom lighting projects where he identified savings from 100,000 to 2.1 million kwh. His secondary focus was on prescriptive HVAC, VFD, refrigeration, and compressed air projects with typical savings from 25,000 to 150,000 kwh. Andrew also served as remote QC engineer for the Duquesne Light Small Commercial Direct Install program.

Andrew’s passion for crafting unique solutions combined with his vast industry knowledge and practical experience has established him as a national expert in energy efficiency. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, a Master of Science in Engineering (with concentration in Energy Engineering) as well as AEE Certified Energy Manager, AEE Certified Energy Procurement Professional and NABCEP Solar PV Entry Level accreditations, and is a former LEED Green Associate.
